Essential Needs is a locally owned homecare agency in Fairmont, WV servicing the aged and disabled in North Central WV. We provide in-home care solutions for local families, supporting your loved ones with their daily activities - including bathing, grooming, dressing, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.

Under the direction of our founder, registered nurse Nancy Collins, we also provide private duty personal care workers and in-home care workers to our veterans, as well as case management services. Our mission is to be the best advocate for our clients and keep them in their home and independent as long as possible.
